In Illinois, LEPC's were set up in all 102 counties. SARA
following groups or organizations.
  • Elected state and local officials
  • Health, Law Enforcement, civil defense,
    firefighting, first aid, local environmental,
    hospital and transportation personnel
  • Owners and operators of facilities subject to the
    requirements of SARA Title III
  • Community groups
